1️⃣ Season the Pork Chops

  • Pat chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

2️⃣ Sear the Meat

  • Heat oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  • Sear pork chops forΒ 3–4 minutes per sideΒ until golden brown.
  • Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Cook the Aromatics

  • In the same pan, add sliced onions. Cook forΒ 5 minutesΒ until soft and golden.
